Do you hate the Tea Party?

If we hate Republicans or the Tea Party, then we're no better than right-wing groups that hate Gays, Lesbians, or Muslims.

We must not hate the misled and ignorant. We're better than that. We must keep trying to enlighten those that are lied to by media.

Fear and hate are what got America into this mess. And courage and tolerance are the only ideals that will allow us to rise above the sick plans of a few wealthy individuals who seek to divide, impoverish and rule us.

Divisiveness is their goal. Unity is their plans' demise.

3. I hate people who call me a traitor for being a progressive

Edited on Fri Nov-26-10 07:41 PM by NuclearDem
I hate people who say I disgraced all my fellow servicemembers because I'm a progressive. If you cheer the enemy we tend to say that

I hate people who can't be bothered to read a ****ing book from a free public library. What has this got to do with anything?

I hate people who hate my President and my Commander-in-Chief because he's black. No we think Obama is incompetent at best

I hate people who cherish freedom for themselves, but for no one else. Well we want low taxes for everyone do you?

So yes, I ****ING HATE the Teabaggers. No matter what we ****ing do, they're always going to act like we're the enemy. No matter how much we try to reach out to them, they're going to call us anti-American Communists. No matter how reasonable we try to be, they'll just cover their ears and tune us out. You guys can never be reasonable when your belief system is anything but

I refuse to tolerate those bastards. They don't belong in the America I love. They belong in the 1820s, and I say we leave them there.

5. The Tea Party is a diverse crowd of uninformed people ...

... and corrupt, self-serving bastards.

I feel for the former, and hope they will wake up. There is hope for some of them.

I hate the later.

We aren't the ones clinging to ideas that are proven wrong time and time again.

6. No, I don't think I do

What I hate is the system that created them. The people who should have known better, but used them anyway.

Fox News' Murdoch and Ailes, yes. Dick Armey, yes. Rove, yes. I truly despise all of those characters.

But the poor duped fools who follow them, no. They're operating on a Pavlovian level, just doing what they've been conditioned to do. And their conditioning has been been 100% successful.

They REFUSE to listen to reason. Indeed, they've been conditioned to FEAR and DISTRUST reason.

Maybe one day, they'll wake up, give their heads a shake and say, "My God, what have I been thinking all these years?".

But it won't come soon.

I'm secure in my beliefs no one tells me what to believe either. It just happens some folks agree with me.

10. I hate what they stand for.

Their policies would destroy this country, and it makes me ill to think of what it would be like if the teabaggers got control of the White House and entire Congress.

I don't hate teabaggers themselves, though I think most are ignorant, lazy, selfish people who won't think for themselves and are only parroting the latest Glenn Beck/Sarah Palin talking points.

Obama's policies is what is destroying this country.

I regard the possibility of the outbreak of civil war with the same attitude I regard facing major cancer surgery (no, I don't have cancer-- yet-- and by the Grace of God).  That is, if I have the disease, I have to have the surgery, and if I have to have the surgery, then I want it tomorrow dangit, and get it over with.

Let them start it, yes.  Give them no reason to claim self-defense.  I'll stand with the first few to fall, if necessary, to ensure that the first to fall are on our side-- and are damnear the last to fall on our side.

49. I DESPISE the Tea Party...Hate is too weak

I cannot tell a lie, and have to assert my utter, vitriolic hatred of the result of the unabridged, runaway despotism known as the republican Party, the "Tea Party." Based upon an event that bastardizes historical events with that of the super-elite, super-rich white corporate bastards over that of the working class, I cannot stand back and try to "reason" or "understand" the motivations of a regime gone bezerko.

The teabaggers are, by far and away, the most DANGEROUS group of subhuman scumsucking nazis ever put out on the face of this planet, and their aim is to DESTROY the progressive movement.

OF COURSE I HATE THE MOTHER - F***ER TEA BAGGERS!!!

That is why the republican party NEEDS TO BE BANNED already!! So we stop with discussions of this nature!!
Until it is banned, the republican party is, has been, and always will be America's Ultimate Hate Crime Against Humanity.

One thing this piece of re-used toilet paper need to realize.  We have the Communist Party, the Socialist Party, the "Green" Party, the Progressive Party, and probably (in his case) the Pity Party.  None have been banned, none have been censured, all are still active.

Yet BTGOP DUmmie wants a political party banned.  News flash, asshole.  THAT FASCISM!  Grow up, wake up, get a ****ing CLUE!  You are preaching exactly what you accuse the GOP of being.

Damn, just damn.  I often wonder just how could any person or group of people can be so stupid.

MrsSmith, tolerance is a idea that has many meanings.

For me tolerance means I must accept the things that piss me off or do no real harm.  When does non tolerance become harmfull.?

Most depends on the individual and their mind set.  These are the things we have no way to escape from.

I put up screens in the summer as I cannot tolerate bugs that fly in and suck my blood or defecate on food.

I do not tolerate a visitor, male, that enters my home without removing their hat.  You see this is my home and I set the rules.

America is also my home, I will not tolerate anyone entering my home to tell me they can set any rules over mine.

We get the story from the Bible that sets rules for those who visit are to be treated as if they set the rules.   A visitor is never to be offended in word or deed.   Lott visited a family that offered their own females to be raped other then the woman of the visitors.

Crap, look what that got the friends of Lott----they were annihilated as Lott could not name them as just people.

I cannot visit the middle east as my religion would mean I would be jailed and executed.     Theres a form of tolerance for you.

Hubby and I have gone round and round on this, way back when I had Muslim coworkers come to visit he had a fit.

I locked up the dogs and made sure there was no wine or beer on display.  these were my guests and I removed anything they considered offensive  to them.

I would have done the same had a Baptist preacher come to visit, hide the whiskey.

I realise now that I made a dreadfull mistake considering the wants of visitors over our needs.  Hubby is just a good old boy but he saw where I was going astray.  Seldom does he interfear in my running the house but and to my surprise he bellied up to the bar , as they say and shot me down.

Tolerance has to go both ways, otherwise tolerance becomes a chain about ones ankle, why should I tolerate anyone that comes on my turff-America--that cannot or will not have respect for the laws and style of us.

We give respect to those that respect us--- My Hubby is a very smart man with limited education, he goes on gut feeling.

Tolerance can become a license to inslave you.

OK, at least get the story straight.

His name is "Lot" with one "t," and he didn't visit a family, the two angels came to Sodom, Lot saw them while at the gate of the city and offered for them to stay at his house, the men of the city wanted to have sex with the angels, and Lot offered his daughters instead.

And Lot was never asked to name anyone, the two angels went in seach of 10 righteous people and couldn't find them.  The best one could say is that Lot tried to convince his sons-in-law to leave, but they wouldn't listen to him.

Now, back to the regularily scheduled..... whatever it is you do here.

Of course you do!! :bird: You and all the other anti-Americans on that forum and all the other liberals/progressives want a serious change in America into a socialist/communist take-over. We stand for freedom. Something you stupids don't agree with, which is totally insane. :mental:
Little do you know how much that "change" will affect your life and all the people that you know as well. Are you brain dead or just slow of learning?

Political violence has and always will be first practiced from the left.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
