I read an article (I wish I could find it) where an Israeli security expert for El Al said that our scanners are a joke. He said that El Al security talks to each passenger for a few minutes and profiles them. When's the last time an El Al plane had an incident? I can't remember. Americans are so concerned about profiling that it'll be our undoing. It isn't blonde Swedes that are the threat. It arab males.

The position assumed by President Barack Obama during the National Anthem where the hands are clasped at crotch level, as opposed to placing his right hand over his heart as a patriotic civilians traditionally do. He has been observed doing this on countless occasions, including the memorial service for the people killed at the Fort Hood massacre.

Another tragedy and another memorial service. The military guys are saluting. The civilians have their right hand over their heart. And the President of the United States of America is giving us the crotch salute. What the fu@k?

I recall reading the same article and I think it was in my local newspaper. Can't remember what organization originally published it though.
