So far from what I heard on fox news is the 16 year old told her family 2-3 days before that she had a feeling she was being WATCHED.
She knew her neighbors were afraid of the man who sat in trees, on his roof, and started fires in his back yard. He seems to have taken a liking to squirrel meat as he ate up all that came his way.
I would guess when the neighbors complained, the police did nothing as he was not breaking the law by acting odd.
Very scary that you or I could someday have a neighbor acting like this. Not comforting at all that there could someday have someone like him move in next door.

Crap, the man was sane enough to carry on day to day life, drive a car, cook his meals and climb on and off his roof, and out of trees, I think I read he had a girlfriend.
This dude needs a cold needle when he is executed, they say if the medication that kills is too cold it causes horrid pain.
