You are right. It will just make the left look like clowns that they are. Still, Ahmed Ghailani should be executed. I wonder why Kenya and Tanzania has not tried him since he killed their citizens?

What gets me is a terrorist...a freakin, card carrying member of Al Queda gets off on 284 counts...and innocent Americans are treated like animals and molested at airports.

The guilty get off and the innocent are punished.
The only good to come out of this is we have two years of this insanity that the public see as the democrat's fault. You can't blame Bush for the utter incompetence that IS the Obama Administration.

um, how can you be found guilty of conspiracy when you were acquitted of all of the other underlying charges against you?

this isn't over.  the single meager conviction will be appealed until well after President Palin has given her second inaugural address  :-).  and that is one of the big reasons that this shouldn't have been in civilian court in the first place.
