What does your post count have to be in order to start a topic at the DUmp?  I'm thinking of moling around, but I want to start threads.  How many insane posts do I have to make in order to do much of anything over there.  My last mole didn't last long enough.

The lounge is where I padded my post count a long time ago.  They're a lot more suspicious of newbies lately.

I have had a mole there for over 2 years.  It is mostly useful when they go in to "lock down mode."  That is when they are at their funniest.

I stay in the Lounge or just hop in with an "amen" in GD so I keep some activity up.

I used to donate 5 or 10 bucks a year, just because it was worth it to use the search function.

Now, I've lucked my way into getting that star donated to me.  You can't just outright ask for one, especially with a low post count.  I claimed that I had been donating to several of the DUmmies favorite congressional campaigns, and just hadn't gotten around to donating to DU.  That line got an anonymous donor to generously get me a star.  :loser:  :-)
