Even Monsters have rights in America.

The ones that loose their rights are the victims of them.

The video in a nutshell:

In 2007 a man driving 80 miles an hour hit a teenager riding a bike. The family sued the man for wrongful death and in return, the man - serving a ten year sentence for the death - is suing the teenager's parents for 15,000 dollars over the fact that the teenager did not wear a helmet.

Not exactly breaking news, but the man is a monster that should be at room temperature.

Okay, thanks - the mods will move it if that's what they decide.

Oh, and I FIFY.  :cheersmate: Any lawyer with the kind of balls to go down that road should find themselves suddenly without work - permanently.

Sick ass court system, huh.

...and any judge that would sit upon the bench and not scream, "What the hell is this? Who brought this stupid shit into my courtroom?" ought to lose his seat on the bench.

David Weaving is the scumbag who killed Matthew Kenney. It also got the photo of that loser. Weaving deserves to rot in Hell.  :bird:

I think so, as we need to be prepared for what comes next in this crazy world.

Get ready for some really ball breaking news.    Some SOB in jail for kidnapping, rape and murder of a 4 year old girl will sue the parents for the clothing she was wearing at the time that inticed him.

Home invasion punks suing the home owner as they left a 3 inch crack in the window shades and the creeps could see all kinds of expensive video equipment inside.

Remember when the laws got weird that said if you left your keys in the ignition and some one stole the car it was partially your fault for inticing them.???

Will we go back to the old laws on rape when the woman had to prove she did not ask for it because of her dress or where she was at the time?

Breaking news is a alarm sent out that there is more to come and to get ready for it.

The mods apparently don't agree with you, vesta, as the thread has been moved to "General Discussion". Maybe you didn't notice, what with all the ball breaking news going on and all.
