In fact, he got MORE VOTES THAN ANYONE ELSE. (Hasn't Brasilia ever heard of "tea parties"????)
Of course, they need to be sure he can read and right first. DU should be proud to have one of their own in Congress, even if it's a soccer mad socialist state south of San Antonio.
