Out here in Nebraska--I dunno why in Nebraska, of all places--it's a common thrift-store item, Genevieve Ferrrari's autobiography, usually to be found for a dime, and still in their original thin plastic wrap.
I have no idea why these things got dumped in Nebraska, as if there's a market for them here.
For those unaware, Genevieve Ferrari was Walter Mundane's running-mate in 1984, and the book came out in 1985.
