Grief counseling after the wipeout
« on: November 08, 2010, 03:33:12 PM »
Quote
A staffer for a congressional Democrat who came up short on Tuesday reports that a team of about five people stopped by their offices this morning to talk about payroll, benefits, writing a résumé, and so forth, with staffers who are now job hunting.

But one of the staffers was described as a "counselor" to help with the emotional aspect of the loss — and a section in the packet each staffer was given dealt with the stages of grief (for instance, Stage One being anger, and so on).

Maybe they can ask the imposter, Nazi Pelosi and Scary Reid what happened and why they lost and on how to "deal with the loss"? :-)

"Good to see you again, Mr. Reid.  How was your vacation?"

I bet these newly unemployed congress critters and staffers now wish that Obama pushed job growth instead of healthcare. Welcome back to the United States of Reality, losers.

I am sure my soon to be former congress critter's ( and what a critter she is ) staff is beyond consolation.  I know several supporters whose buttons I could push and years ago I probably would have relished doing just that.  They are a pretty unstable lot on the best of days so a little push would set them off like moldy TNT.

Carol "missing in action" Che-Porter's loss was a great blow to their self esteem not to mention their wallet. In some cases it was the most money any of her staff had ever seen or will see again in their life apart from the idealogical loss which is incalculable.  That she and Nasty Nazi Nan were Co-Joined and  that  Nan is still there makes it all the more a bitter pill to them as it was she who was Che's undoing.
