From Phil Griffin, President of MSNBC:

After several days of deliberation and discussion, I have determined that suspending Keith through and including Monday night’s program is an appropriate punishment for his violation of our policy. We look forward to having him back on the air Tuesday night.

All our pressure paid off! Ha!

Ok I gotta go with Noel Sheppard at NB...this is smelling like a publicity stunt.

Seems that ONLY Politico can find these filings for contributions that Special Keith made.

When you search the individual filings for all three candidates...there is NOTHING in there anywhere from K through O that has Olbermann's name beside it.

Now think about it...NB thinks it's for the ratings this was done and they have a point...Special Keith was back tweeting like crazy talking about "support" and "Global Hugs"...*blech*

I think it was done to let them try and wield a bigger club at Fox News. 

Now they can indignantly point at Fox and go "SEE...see what WE do to our anchors when they openly show support for candidates!  We have standards...WE are a news organization...Fox News is nothing more than a GOP House organ who lets their 'news' anchors openly and blatantly shill for politicians with no recriminations!!!!"

I fully expect to hear something like that from Maddow and company tonite.

I think it might have been publicity too.  Even some of the DUmmies had stopped watching Queef, so this will bring them back. It will also bring some curious viewers to check out the idiot that was suspended for a couple of days.
