The Graduate is a must see.  Arthur is great for laughs the first time, if you can handle Liza Minelli in heavy doses.  Dudley Moore & the butler make the movie, however.

Any one of the Harry Potter movies & The Simpsons Movie, oh, and Titanic....... I'm sure there are more, mainly those whiny assed chick flicks....

eh, you're not missing much.  Harry Potter is tolerable... my favorite is Uncle Vernon :-)

I've never seen Casablanca or The Deer Hunter.  Just never got around to them, I guess. 

I get into these grooves where I'll watch a lot of movies from one particular genre, and then I get bored and switch to something completely different.  Right now I've just emerged from a "cheesy horror movie" groove, and I haven't yet picked my next one.  Maybe it's time to watch some of these classics I've never seen.
