Seagulls are some of the most annoying birds around, still cruel to do this. I also am not thinking it is homeless folks. Budweiser a bit pricey for them I think.
Yes, I thought it was seagulls that were so annoying. Maybe annoying isn't the right word, they are freaking psycho crazy if you have food. But I think this can be blamed on many of the beach goers. I know I've contributed to feeding the birds. Of course, I walked far far far away from where any people were. Pigeons are kinda the same.
Still, as annoying as they are, whoever did this is cruel and they suck big balls.
