he's pleading innocent to a bunch of stuff that isn't a crime (so to speak).  he got axed for donating, period.  all of the "encourage anyone else" and "preciously donated" crap is utterly beside the point.

it's like pleading innocent to burglary when you are being charged for selling crack.
