There were those who wanted to take us back to a time when blacks “had no rights that the white man was bound to respect,” – this being the official opinion of the Supreme Court before those awful days of judicial activism, now decried by the likes of you – and when people of color could legally be kept from voting solely because of race, or holding certain jobs, or living in certain neighborhoods, or run out of other towns altogether when the sun would go down, or be strung up from trees.

But they lost.

And you will lose.

So make a note of it.

Put it on your Facebook wall and leave it there so you’ll remember that I told you so.

This isn’t hubris. It isn’t ideology. It is not wishful thinking.

Leading up to Tuesday over and over at the DUmp and presumably other lefty sites the "cell phone theory" was being touted as a reason for all polls being off and dems would actually do okay or even win.
The theory being that young people don`t have landlines so can`t be reached and they will all vote dem.
It is an old theory and has never been shown to be accurate.

This person makes the same mistake in thinking that young people today vote in great numbers,they do not...the self curse of liberalism called laziness.
The other mistake made is that the normal group of idealistic leftists remain that way throughout life,again they do not.

I now understand why the youth support the democrats. I could never fully understand it before until my wife went back to school for her BS in Nursing.  They have been indoctrinated to do so.

Her textbooks are loaded with leftist dogma. For instance, the 20th century history class textbook reads like a Communist Party USA pamphlet. A disproportionate amount of text is devoted to FDR, labor unions and strikes, and the black civil rights movement. All doctored with lefty spin against the evil rich white people. One small chapter devoted to the tiny event known as World War II that somehow doesn't fail to hit on carpet bombing and the nuclear weapons use against poor helpless Japan. Then there is the text dealing with the Great Depression. Listed as one of the primary causes for the GD is the American people's repudiation of labor unions back then which lowered their wages and buying power and in turn, collapsed the economy! I am not making this up! My wife said this was even a test question.

Reading parts of her textbooks helps me to understand DUmmies and why they type some of the crazy shit. It's all they know. Sadly, the young are taught that this great county has been mostly evil throughout history and needs to be changed. Somehow we have got to get a handle on what leftist academia is doing to our kids before it destroys this county.
