A lot of the uncounted votes in Wisconsin are in heavily Democratic areas- Madison and Milwaukee. His campaign manager just got on local tv and said we're not conceding now.

Edit: Barrett, who is the Democrat running for Governor, is not conceding for Governor either, same reason. Tough shit for the Republicans and the 10 o clock news shows!

Feingold is no fool. He's got statisticians working for him and he's been working this state for 18 years. Believe me, he knows where the votes are. They vote late in Milwaukee, and their votes are the last to get counted.
