Damn, it's lousy outside, at least in the Sandhills of Nebraska.

It's not so cold, meaning it's just slush.....lots and lots and lots and lots of slush.

Ostensibly we're in for a deluge, but by mid-morning the temperatures are supposed to be in the 40s, meaning rain.

One suspects the weather's better up in Wisconsin this morning.

Cold and raining here.  Would have been a great morning to just sleep in.

Cloudy day here in WV...but warmer than yesterday.   Calling for some showers, I think.

I could very easily crawl back in to bed!!

Hi Frank, no slush here (we had that last Thursday) but plenty of rain....the rain is a day late and it does not look we will hit our high of 60 now.

The weekend was fairly nice and I did get several things done and ran around in the "cities" for a while.

TOTD: When needed, I also soak my feet to soften the calluses so they don't turn into painful cracks. The specialty shoes that I must wear for work, are not always the best on the feet.

we had two evenings of snow over the weekend but nothing stuck.. its still chilly though.

TOTD: I get pedicures about once ever two months, so that takes care of it for me.. my husband always has to be told to do it though.  :whatever:

It's rather chilly here, being 57 degrees.  But I'm enjoying it, actually. :)

TOTD:  I clip my nails as needed.   I've been meaning to go get pampered with a manicure AND pedicure.  A friend of mine recommended this high-end salon, but I don't think I can afford it :o  so I'll be going elsewhere. LOL

Dreary day here in central OH, but at least we've graduated to 'sweater weather'.

TOTD: As needed or when I'm going to paint them...probably averages to a couple times a month.

Crappy day here. Raining like an SOB here and it has been an annoying day.

Waiting to see if the river floods and they need us to man an Emergency Op Center, calling around and not finding the missing cat.  Gloomy.

I just use the scratching post that is the wife's legs at night to keep them worn down. :-)

(Seriously about every week or so.  They ingrow on my bigguns if I let them get too long.)

My husband is out of town again.  He left this morning at 5:00 am to catch a flight to El Segundo, CA, he gets back thursday.  I went in and helped my daughters teacher today.  She had a butt load of crap for me to do.  I was there until my daughter's lunch so I decided to go pick her something up and eat lunch with her.  Then I went and ran a few errands, including getting my oil changed and inspection sticker.  When I went to get the inspection sticker they had 4 cars in front of me so I decided to come back tomorrow morning.

TOTD:  My toenails grow freakishly slow.  My fingernails grow super fast.  It's really weird.  Anyway, I don't know how often I cut them but last thursday I got a pedicure with a french "manicure".  My toenails look sexy now.   :-)
