I just have to share these photos!

Tonight was the Fall Festival at my daughter's daycare.  Here are a few pictures.  She was a butterfly.  :)

Those are Converse All-Stars.  :P

My husband found them on clearance for $16.  So far, those are the only shoes she can walk really well in.  Ever since we put those on, she walks all over the place all the time.  Even while trick or treating, she would walk in circles if there was a little line.  She was making me nauseous just watching.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

What a cutie!!!

Hey Jess...my Jess goes to a consignment store for a lot of her kids clothes. She takes theirs to the store, and also to a huge consignment sale that's held here twice a year. She finds stuff all the time with the tags still on, or have maybe only been worn a couple of times. Plus she made over $500 the first 2 days of the consignment sale a couple of weeks ago...it was 4 days long...don't know what she ended up with. She said she spent $250 and found some great stuff..not just clothes but toys too. The consignment store does toys, strollers, portacribs. The sale does all kinds of kids furniture, toys, clothes and maternity clothes. You might have several in your area....
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

I'm going to try that out for Christmas shopping!  More bang for our buck!

Basic Keds are about $25 to $30. My baby girl has some cheap-o shoes from Target, and some expensive ones from a boutique. She is so hard on her shoes. But I have to say some of the expensive ones are so darned cute, that you just have to buy them.

She's adorable, EC!
I get tons of top name brands at my local Marshalls and Ross stores for very cheap prices.  The grandson runs around in name brand clothes and shoes for Dollar Store prices.  I know Las Vegas has at least one huge Ross store, cuz when DH and I were there this past summer I found an elegant Calvin Klein evening cocktail dress for $49, marked down from $198.

You can dress your angelic butterfly cheaply and no one will know the difference!!

We have Ross, Marshall's, and TJ Maxx.  :)

I was looking for consignment shops, but we have mostly furniture consignment stores.

Carleigh's great aunts love to buy her Ralph Lauren outfits from the outlet stores.  One of her three piece outfits was only $8, marked down from $49.

I love Ross and Marshall's!! :-)

Not just for clothes, but they are great for house stuff and their gourmet food aisle has great stuff.

We have TJ Maxx....but it leaves a bit to be desired. I don't think the prices are all that great. The super sale aisles at Hobby Lobby can be great!

Nice looking offspring. If you would have said a bumble bee, I would have believed you. :innocent:
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.
