Yes, America is broken beyond repair.
It has been nearly since it's inception. It was designed for the benefit of wealthy landowners, by wealthy landowners. Since then there has been a slow tide of social change which extends some of the benefits to the non-wealthy - voting for non-landowners, an end to slavery, women's suffrage, civil rights, etc.
But the real power has always been in the hands of the wealthy, and since corporations are people, they now hold that power. We're seeing them exercise that power for their benefit - in the Senate, in the Media, in the CoC campaign. They will not stop, because Americans are still too comfortable, and too ignorant and gullible, to force change.
Eventually, the relative prosperity the middle class still experience will end. Start hoarding.
First off, why don't ya look it up and see which party is responsible for these minute social changes of which you speak, and those that opposed them! DipShit!
Second, just who has held the power in the socialistic paradises of the downtrodden thru history, you so wish to live like? You got it! The wealthy party members! They were feedin' high on the hog, while everyone else had to beg borrow and steal just to survive!
Who are those right now, in
your party, that hold reign over your little pointy heads? They sure as hell ain't givin' up any of
their stash!
You are right about one thing! You DUmpster Divers, and those like you, are
doomed, doomed, I tell ya! You people don't have the brains nor the incentive to breathe, let alone fend for yourselves! If the gubmint doesn't tell you slackers to inhale, you'll all be gone the way of the Dodo and it will serve you right!
The rest of us are goin' to do our damnedest to remove those who have decided they know better than the people who elected them!
We are going to reign in the power of a government that has decided it can decide what's best for the people, all the while disregarding the rules they set for us, and our most sacred document meant to protect us!
That one document was meant to
keep this country from goin' down the shithole! The one document that was meant to curtail the government's tyranny over the people who grant it's very existence!
The Constitution!So, if ya don't mind, go pound sand! Leave the country to those that are willing to live free or die! You don't deserve it!
