I was talking to a right winger I used to work with the other day.

She makes about 40-50K and was crying about how taxes are destroying her and she can't afford anything. She is republican to the core.

Here is why she can't afford anything:

1. She takes vacations out of the country at least twice a year.
2. She bought WAY too much house.
3. She uses credit cards for everything.
4. She bought a new car - and bought too much car for her income.
5. She has no savings to speak of, nor does she make any attempt to save.

FYI - when I say "bought" above that means "financed".

She is in debt up to her neck.

Who's fault is it though? Everyone else other than her.

This is the common theme I notice among those who are so unhappy with Obama. It's HIS fault they are in massive debt. It's his fault their financial lives are in chaos.

Funny these people want to talk about personal responsibility, but have none themselves.

Me thinks though dost protest too much....

yet when the govt operates like that you don't seem to notice it.

1. They think 'taxes' are just the government 'stealing' their money.

The government fairy actually is the one that pays for all the services they receive. So, it's just so unfair that the gov't dips their hand into the RW's pocket. Unfair, I tells ya!

What services does the Govt pay for?
I know you guys probably get all kinds of goodies from uncle Sam but most of us have to pay our own way in life.

If anyone does believe in the Govt fairy it is you guys.
You think that Obama can just peal off bills from his stash and give you single payer health care, food stamps, and unemployment checks. And with all that you want him to take money from the rich so he can give it to you.

I would love to do an experiment where we could take 1000 dummies and for 6 months take care of every need they have and see how much more they demand even after that is done. I bet you they would still want more.
Then take 1000 unemployed conservatives and give them decent paying productive jobs for that 6 month period and see which group of people is happier during that period.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Well, it's good to see the twit the Twix candy bar primitive is still among us.

For a while, I thought he swam away from Skins's island and drowned.
apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."
