GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM)- Xavier Ross, 19, was wanted on a felony burglary charge.  Last Monday officers say the man was out in front of the Grand Rapids Police Headquarters playing "Chopsticks" repeatedly on a piano placed there for ArtPrize.
