Elad is elusive and enigmatic because he's the quiet one, never says much to reveal himself.
It's very possible Elad is brighter than his boss Skins.
Lord Marblehead EarlG is a British national who imagines himself another "expert" on America and Americans, like his late fellow countrymen Charles Dickens and Fanny Trollope of another century. EarlG however lacks the talent and the understanding of his predecessors, and is just stupid.
Skins and Elad are American citizens, like Fat Che, and thus entitled to give their opinions of us; EarlG isn't, and so should shut up, sit down, and listen and learn from those brighter than him. He's a guest in this country, and so should mind his manners.
Skins and Lord Marblehead EarlG are in the web-design business as partners; they do pretty impressive work, but probably Skins is 99% of the creativity, sweat, and toil of it.
The elusive enigmatic Elad is connected to the other two through Skins's island; it doesn't appear he works with Skins and Lord Marblehead in their main business.
