Can I ask that you all keep my sis in their thoughts/prayers? She's going in for surgery on Thursday. They found a mass which was diagnosed as an infiltrating carcinoma, 1.5 cm. They're going to remove it along with surrounding breast tissue followed with chemo and radio. She had melanoma 10 years ago and we were optimistic that it was over, but unfortunately it's spread.

Our mother died of this horrible disease in 1992 and I really do appreciate what Neo is doing. Every penny counts.

Habs, consider your sister in my prayers.  To quote another member of our community  "Cancer is a sucking suckfest."  I am sorry for what your sister and your family is going through.  We also have a thread for Prayer Requests, and another one, Cryin in My Beer, if you just feel like venting. Hang in there.

Echoing what Deb says....

Please do add your sister to the Prayer Requests....some may see it there and not here.

Cryin' in My Beer is a great place for venting....we'll be there for you. We're all good at sending virtual hugs too.

Prayers sent for your sister and your family.....
