MA Governor race: Baker (GOP challenger) ties Patrick in poll

http://www.boston.com/news/politics/2010/graphics/poll_...

Patrick vs Baker: 35% vs 34%

Man this sucks. I've just ordered my Deval Patrick yard sign from the campaign website. For those not near here, charles Baker is the former CEO of Harvard-Pilgrim HMO, and Patrick is the incumbent Democratic governor. I think he's done a good job in light of the quantity of yahoos in the legislature*. Yup, we might end up with a ****ing bastard health insurance mother****er as our governor.

*compared to NY and CA I must say that Mass. governance is a model of intelligence, fairness, and democracy, so I can't complain too much.

The "yahoos" in the Massachusetts legislature happen to be 80+% Democrats, by the way.

Lesser, but still lopsided numbers in New York and California, too.

I thought criticism of Democrats on Skins's island was forbidden by my fellow alum Skins.

THE SKUMBAG PRIMITIVE, #14 TOP PRIMITIVE OF 2009
Response to Original message

2. I donated $100 to Deval. Guess I need to donate more time and money.

Now, this is hilarious.

The skumbag primitive, like the truemud primitive and the cross-eyed Iowa primitive, runs around Skins's island all the time, bragging that he's donated to Democrats and Democrat causes, sometimes substantially.

The skumbag primitive donated "the legal maximum amount" to the guy who tried to replace Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut in the U.S. Senate in 2006--the skumbag primitive's own words, "the legal maximum amount"--but yet the skumbag primitive's real name didn't show up on the campaign finance forms filed by the losing Democrat in that race.

Remember, DUmmies lie.  All the time, DUmmies lie.....

There are only 16 GOP members in the state's legislature, which hovers around 8%.

The 80% I would attribute to the amount of democratic members of the state legislature who are corrupt.

Deval can't control a super super majority.  Pathetically sad.

I still can't figure out how the primitive got away with that, on Skins's island calling a herd of Democrats "yahoos."

Skins must be taking the day off, to rest and relax and recreationalize with his wife and heirs.

I was expecting this increase - The Tim Cahill campaign is coming apart at the seams. Cahill's campaign manager, Adam Meldrum walked out about 24 hours after his senior advisor John Weaver left. If what I heard is correct, both of these people basically said (paraphrase) 'You can't win, all you will do is split votes which helps Patrick.' Cahill said he will not quit no matter how badly he is polling, so they left.

And now Cahill supporters are leaving too.   :cheersmate:
