My grandmother used to do the cottage cheese thing with fruit. I learned to like it as long as i had a drink very close by.

Since I've been on this diet, I've been eating small curd cottage cheese (regular, not low fat) with fresh blueberries, or sliced fresh strawberries. It's good. No syrupy sweetness.
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

I like most any kind of jelly with PB. I suppose that my absolute fav is Mint jelly & PB....... Refreshing, yet nutritious....... :)

I don't eat peanut butter.  I went on strike from peanuts and peanut butter when Carter won the election.  I was so upset Ford didn't win because I had his autograph.  (I WAS A YOUNG KID)  I would refuse to look at the house when I drove by, because I thought it turned into a peanut.  Anyway, that peanut strike moved into a dislike of em.

Twenty plus years later, and I have had an occasional peanut here and there, because I decided I could stop the strike.  Now I just don't like em.  I do like Almond and Cashew butter though.  I don't have the wallet for that.

Favorite sandwich ..

A long crusty white bread roll , sliced in half, buttered and then loaded with proscuito, dijon mustard, tomato and a very sharp extra mature cheese (I've been known to use shaved Parmesan in a pinch). Heavy dose of salt and pepper.
