An open letter to any "conventional" Republican lurkers---
A question, ladies and gentlemen: Do you see any "conventional" Democrats supporting Alvin Greene in his bid to be elected Senator from South Carolina?

The answer, of course, is "No", you don't see that. And,why do you suppose we Democrats are not supporting the person who "somehow" won our primary? Because he is a mentally and morally challenged "kook" that's why! He may, for the time being, have a "D" after his name, but we acknowledge that his election would be a disservice to all of the citizens of his district, regardless of their political affiliation.

Not supporting Mr. Greene is "the right thing to do".

You DO see where I'm going with this, right?

Your party has been the target of what Tea Party leaders have styled a "hostile takeover".

THEY support repealing the 14th Amendment. THEY want to do away with the IRS, Medicare, the Department of Education and the EPA.

DO YOU?

Many of THEM believe that President Obama was not born in the US, is a Muslim and has a "secret plan" to seize white people's wealth and give it to his black brothers.

Is any of that even ARGUABLY true, in your opinion?

Your party, like mine, professes to support our democratic form of government and the rule of law. Barack Obama handily defeated John McCain in 2008. He is our president.

I understand that you may not like that, but those who suggest that it is not true do so either out of practiced ignorance or thinly-veiled racism. And, most of you KNOW that.

So, it comes down to this: Will you support the several incompetent and divisive haters who disrespect you as much as they disrespect me, or will you protest their billionaire-funded assault on your party and our nation by 1.)voting for their Democratic opponent; OR, 2.)writing in "Castle" or "Murkowski" or other reasonable alternative; OR, 3.)simply not voting for anyone for that office?

I can't think of any other moral alternatives, can you?

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x9142639

"Moral alternatives?" Umm, sure. Let's see. How about, VOTING YOU DEPRAVED ASSHOLES OUT OF POWER IN NOVEMBER?

Does that work for you? Works for me.

Oh, and here's an open letter to you and all your buddies at DU:

Go **** yourselves.

Sincerely,

dandi

Oh my, from the people who say the Tea Party has no worth? has no power? how the Democrats can beat Tea Party candidates easily in the mid-terms? seems like the left is pretty darn nervous about us!

This is what I think they are most pissed off about, no one listens to them and even the democrats are running away from what they want and running as pseudo conservatives.

I would predict Alvin will get a Hell of a lot bigger block of votes from the Dembots and racist Black Dem voters than the dingleberry who posted the OP can possibly imagine.  He'll still get hammered, of course, but he will get the large majority of the Dem vote anyway.

Dear DUmmies:

When you guys stop supporting those whack jobs and Alan Grayson and Pete Stark we can talk. Until then police your own house. Or you could come over here and discuss it, if you have the guts. Besides, when liberals say "moderate" they mean "agree with them on most issues". That's NOT moderate, it's a RINO.

Exactly....Alvin Greene is a prime example of an S.C. "conventional" Democrat.

I assume he was was born in the US, but I have no way of knowing for sure because he has refused all requests to have his long-form birth certificate released. If I were in his shoes and so many people were questioning my place of birth and requesting my long-form birth certificate I would simply release it instead of trying to keep it hidden. Well...maybe if I had something to hide I would try to keep it hidden, but otherwise I would release it.

Greene's opponent Vic Rawl wouldn't have won either, but he could have kept it within 10%. Greene won't even be close.

Just for the record, DUmbshit; just like the term "Teabagger", which in reality describes disgusting sexual behavior frequently engaged in by you and yours, the term "lurker" is more descriptive of what Shitheads like you do when you encounter conservative websites.  We  "Fundie Rethugs" prefer the term "MOLES" or "MOLING", to describe what we do on Skin's Island.  :loser: :fuelfire:
