Police raided the offices of two Maryland abortionists and found dozens of unborn babies in a freezer.

Maryland has suspended the licenses of two doctors and ordered another to stop practicing in the state. (WJZ)

The NC Register reported, via Free Republic:

Two abortionists in Maryland (Dr. Steven Brigham and Dr. Nicola Riley) were ordered to stop practicing abortions in Maryland after a woman was severely injured.

Subsequently, police raided the clinic searching for medical records and to their horror they discovered dozens of unborn babies stored in a freezer. ...

I know, I can't imagine the level of sickness/evil that would lead a person to do this.

If for no other reason this is why it shouldn't be going on in the first place.

Could they be selling them for stem cell research?

Really what does one do with a dead baby.?

Do we place it in a zip lock bag and hand it to the mother as she leaves the clinic.?   It was the child's mother that decided to kill her child, the doctor was just a hired gun.

We keep all kinds of odd things from our bodies, we keep out kids baby teeth, some people want their gall bladder or kidney stones that are removed.

So if the baby is not a human why not insist the mother take it home to dispose as she wishes.   It is after all  just an unwanted body part, like a toe nail or a mole .

 :fuelfire:

ARGGGG this pisses me off to no end, the scumbag Doctors that abort are given all the heat.    No one blames the mother that hires a doctor to kill her kid, These doctors would be in another line of business if they had no waiting line of woman that were begging him to kill their child.

On the other hand, any woman that wants to kill her child would not make a good mother.  There is something unnatural about all this, but I must ask the question.

Do woman who abort then go on to give birth make them better or lesser parent.?

This has nothing to do with the OP but when I had my third m/c my O/B made me bring in the "products of conception" as they called it, in a Tupperware container. They wanted it to make sure I passed everything. I knew what I passed because I could see the whole baby, the head, arms, legs (I was 12 weeks at the time). So I brought it to the doctor (by myself because my husband worked for a guy that never wanted you to take any time off). He looked at it, did his exam of me and then left to let me get dressed. The nurse came back in with the container and told me I had to get rid of it. I lost it and begged them to take care of it, they refused. I still remember the drive home with my baby in a container inside a paper bag.

I was a basket case. I came home and put it in the fridge because I didn't know what to do with it. My husband came home and got rid of it. He never told me what he did with it and I have never asked him. I still don't understand why they couldn't dispose of it. I'm sure they told me at the time but I was a huge mess. They even made me leave through the back door so I wouldn't upset all the other pregnant women who were in the waiting room.

OMG BEG, that is horrible!  I am so sorry you had to deal with that.

Actually, I believe what your doc did was criminal....truly. POC are considered, well we won't go into that but I think I would have had to make a huge stink about it.

WOW!!!

When we had out M/C, our Dr. wanted us to give her a name, buy a little girl outfit and to always celebrate her birthday.

I don't know about you, but when things that traumatise you takes months if not years to Analise.

When one is treated in a really out side your understanding and it is perceived as normal by others---WTF

I cannot understand why the Doctor did not send her to ER.  This Clinic should have been shut down.

I have to ask this question, had the baby in the tupper ware been left just outside the clinics back door and a 911 call from someone telling them they saw the baby there, would the clinic have a few questions.?

What was done to this woman the mother of that child was beyond torture.  I can understand every move she made, and as I asked, what do you do with a dead baby.?

This is not the time to make logical decisions, this is not the time to do anything but support the mother,   and realise it could be you in that situating.

Good Lord, BEG! I'm absolutely sure it should have been handled the same way medical waste in every hospital and practitioner's office in this country! What the hell was this doctor and his nurses thinkin????

That's got to be a crime! To say nothing of the emotional damage he caused!

Did you ever pursue any kind of ethics complaint about this travesty?
I'm the guy your mother warned you about!

Exactly my point.  I understand the terrible distress you must have endured BEG but for the love of pete, this may have been happening to other women treated at that office.  I didn't mean to sound insensitive,  I just react differently when faced with stuff like this. It may have taken some time to get my wits but I'd be out for bear at some point.

These people don't view unborn babies as being alive in the first place, so why should this be so shocking.

I didn't need to go to the ER because I passed everything and wasn't bleeding heavily. My 2nd M/C (different doctor) I was sent to the ER, I was passing clots the size of liver and I didn't pass the baby. I had to have a D&C.

I wasn't in a state to call 9/11 or leave it by the back door (I wouldn't have done that anyway).  I had had an U/S two weeks before and saw a heartbeat so it must have died a few days after that (my doctors thought later when I found out about my auto immune disease that it contributed to my M/C).

I had the M/C at 12 weeks but i'm pretty sure it died around 10 weeks or 11. My first M/C I passed a little "bubble" like thing in the toilet. I wasn't very far along at all. I didn't "fish" it out but when I went to the doctor the next day it was gone according to the U/S so I assume what I saw in the toilet was what I thought it was. Both my first and 2nd M/C I had low progesterone. I was taking progesterone with my third M/C as a precaution (I also took it with my 4th pregnancy, I ended up going full term and had my first daughter).

I don't want to hear anything about it but the same doctor was my doctor for my first daughter (my 4th pregnancy). We lived in Lake Havasu City at the time and there were only two or three O/B's at the time.  I can't remember the appt after M/C but I did talk to him about what happened (my husband was with me). I seriously can't remember what he said. I was young and just wanted to have a successful pregnancy, at that time in my life I thought I wouldn't be able to have any more babies. He was suppose to be the "best" doctor in Lake Havasu.

I wonder if there is anyone with a medical background that could explain why they wouldn't dispose of it?  I wonder if it had something to do with the fact that I brought it in and I didn't pass it in the doctors office?!?  My 2nd M/C I was passing huge blood clots  and when I went to the doctor I was still passing them (I had to wear a couple towels shoved between my legs to the doctors office) and he didn't package those up and make me take them with me.
