Man holds intruder at forkpoint for police

Quote
WHITE CITY, Utah -- Police say a man held an intruder at bay with a grilling fork and steak knife until police arrived. But the suspect fled, only to be arrested after he was zapped with a Taser.

Dustin Burrus
Unified police Lt. Don Hutson says the White City resident grabbed the barbecue implements when he found the intruder had entered through a basement window about 7:20 a.m. Tuesday.

The woman who owns the home called police just in time.

"Her boyfriend was downstairs, had confronted a male that had actually crept into their basement through a window," said Hutson. "Her boyfriend was holding him at bay with a large steak knife and fork."
Well Done.

Well, a well-seasoned cop will be grilling the perp before too long. The perp was foiled in his attempt to rob the place.

I'm sure direct heat on the perp forced a confession. He's toast.

It's too bad that the flames of the grill won't see him fried........

Sheeesh-cur-bob.

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin
