Police say that on August 7, a man inserted a card into a cash machine in central Paris to withdraw money when two young females approached him and asked for money. The girls waved a newspaper at the man in an attempt to distract him, but the technique didn't work.

So the girls tried another strategy: One of them bared her breasts and put her hand on the man's genitals while the other took the opportunity to withdraw 300 euros, police said.  ...

The guy was also robbed on August 8th and August 9th, he was upset to find out they had been arrested by the 10th ...  :-)

Here we find the difference between men and woman.

Man at ATM, any show of breasts from a young teen girl to great grandma will cause men to become confused and loose money.

Woman at an ATM, some dude exposes themselves, woman will shriek and run.-------However if the man is a Chippendale, dancing and singing, then woman will be waiting for the Full Monte.  Stuff a few bucks in their trousers, collect their money and cannot wait to tell the Garden Club about their adventure.

It sounds like a well-rounded investigation is in order or for those who need things a little firmer, a perky questioning in a room equipped with not much more than a garden hose and a wet T-shirt would do nicely.

Oh, I dunno. I suspect there are lots of jugs in Bali. Perky, upturned jugs as well, i.e., those with handles.
