Anti-death penalty protesters show up at teens' memorial

ABC 13

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Anti-death penalty protesters showed up at a memorial service for two victims of a notorious crime today.

Jennifer Ertman, 14, and Elizabeth Pena, 16, were raped and murdered in 1993. One of the five gang members who killed them, Peter Cantu, will be executed on Tuesday.

Two of the culprits have also been executed and another two are serving life sentences in prison.

Peter Cantu was executed tonight. He and his scumbag gang brutally beat and raped Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena in 1993. What a horrible crime!

I don't get it.  I just don't.

If that were to happen to my daughter, the piece of shit suspects wouldn't even have the "pleasure" of going to jail.  They'd be dead and buried out in the desert.

I remember that crime really well. It was really heinous. Those thugs are evil sociopaths. Three of them have been executed for this evil crime.

May they rot in Hell along side with 9/11 Terrorists, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, Adolf Hitler, and Joseph Stalin. They all deserve each other, rotten worthless scumbags that they are.
