As much as I LOVE airshows, I have to wonder if they're worth the deaths they have caused, both in practice and in performance.
My friend, here is the deal with me:
I support all public military airshows because it allows American civilians to witness and interact with our military might in a non-combat setting. I feel it is one of many duties of our military to showcase its might to the citizenship up close and personal.
It is part and parcel of their duty.
How could we ever deny The Blue Angles.
If our military solders die during an airshow, in the line of duty, it sucks regardless!
Justifiable?
I do not feel the death of *ANY* American soldier is justifiable. Killing the enemy however, by any means is.
