Try regular Dove soap. I just got finished dyeing eggs for Easter using concentrated food coloring, and the tops of both my hands were purple. I tried rubbing alcohol, but that only got out most of what dripped down my arms. It wasn't until I showered with a Dove soap bar that most of the stains on my hands started coming off. I lathered, scrubbed with a washcloth, and rinsed my hands about 5-6 times. Please note, however, that I'm still left with stains on my fingernails, so I assume that if you have nail stains too that repeated use of nail polish remover and letting the remaining stains wear off will alleviate this problem.
