He's already on record as being the most-traveled prez in U.S. history.

And this pretty well captures the rest of his arrogance and narcissism vis a vis vacations.

Obama is a reactive president, and he doesn't take criticism from the press very well.  He went quite a while without visiting the gulf region, and then after being criticized about it, he went overboard. He's now been down there about 8 or 9 times.

Doesn't he have enough vacations already? Also, has he vacationed in Chicago, his hometown? He may as well move the capitol to Chicago.

Kinda have to wonder though....just what will they do in the Destin/Panama City area, if that's where they are going? Other than the beach, playing golf, and going out to eat/bars....there isn't much to do there.

If they go there, I would think they would stay at Seaside, since it's ritzier. Unless they go down to Naples.

Wherever they go, I feel sorry for people who have had their vacations booked there for 6 mos or a year....cause the O's will turn the whole place into one big clusterf..... Lots of those places turn into partial to total non-refundable when it's less than 30 days to reserved time.

I can't imagine they would stay at Pensacola NAS....there aren't any hotels around that are "upscale" enough for them.  :whatever:

I'm sure Michael Moore will be making a documentary or blog post regarding all the time he's been on vacation or away from Washington while there's a war going on...
