Nice pictures of the N. Idaho country. I've never been there.
The ones from WA were attachments and I'd have to sign up to see them. Here in WY, we have about the same expected rainfall. We wonder at how y'all deal with it raining so often! j/k
Sorry about that...I forgot you had to sign up to view pictures and stuff. It's their way of protecting themselves and guest from spammers/virus etc..
It doesn't rain that often here really. If you're a farmer, it's like everywhere else, either too much or too little and never at the right time. We'll be going into the driest time of the year about now.
Working construction, I've slopped in the mud until I thought I was growing webbing between my toes. At other times, it's been so dry for so long that the loose dirt on a job would look like flour. The dry dirt would splash and have ripples on it like water. I have a couple of times breathed so much dust I've had lung infections.
An inch a week would suit me just fine. Let it come on Sunday while I'm at church and the doctors and lawyers are on the golf course.
