Ther's two levels I've seen on there, Frank. "High" and "Out of the ****ing world!" I wasn't here during Bush's Presidency, so I'm not entirely sure how high it was, but it would seem to me (since I experienced it in media in all forms during Bush) that they're far more braisin. It seems like even though they said some rotten things during Bush, they still a little afraid. Now...well just look at all the Cheney threads in reference to my point.

They were much more braisin during President Bush's terms. They would rant, cry, and rend their clothes for days after something they didn't like happened. They spun wild theories about how some whitehouse reporter being outed as gay would somehow topple the Bush Family Evil Empire. They took footage of abandoned warehouses with an old army or air force locomotive outside then posted it on youtube claiming it was a secret government detention center.
Kephra, one of the great martyrs of the DUmmies, set up a "command post" in his mom's basement consisting of three TV's and a computer or two. He was the first DUmmie to reach one thousand posts. Then he keeled over at his post. His mom shoved his corpse out of the way to post about it on DU.
Will Pitt emerged as the Speaker to the DUmb. He was desperate to get into the democratic establishment. He thought posting long winded empty screeds at the DUmp was his way in. Along the way he coauthored a book with a pedophile, and then admitted that he may have inappropriately touched a female student using a obvious sockpuppet. That didn't turn the DUmmies away, him announcing that Karl Rove had been indicted and would be arrested in "24 business hours" finally did, this incident also ended any hope of him becoming part of the democrat establishment and created an internet meme.
Somewhere along the way, a woman showed up named Bev Harris. After the 2004 elections, she scammed the DUmmies of untold money promising to investigate voter fraud, and "bring down the Bush regime". One of her partners in crime was the Andy of Scamdy fame, another of the great martyrs of the DUmmies, was employed by her until he bought a pack of underwear with money from her scam. Then he engaged in another scam with the help of the one who now calls herself Eferrari, the dumbest person on all the internets. He died of a common staph infection, probably from pushing too hard after a surgery and compromising his own immune system, we are blamed for that to this day.
They've always been crazy, but I think I may have to concur with the coach here. As crazy as they act now, they are rather subdued. They are still just as mean, hateful, spiteful, and bitter as ever, but the only target they got is some ephemeris group, not an actual person. They'd desperately love to dump all over Obama and his minions but it's verbotten over there.
