If Hillary gives a damn about healthcare she might consider paying her bills for her campaign employees' health insurance. She's not. And what happens when you don't pay those bills? The policy gets cancelled. Hillary pays millions to sleaze bag consultants, has a $49,000 outstanding bill at the posh Beverly Wilshire and yet doesn't pay insurance premiums for her employees.

Aetna Healthcare....................213,085.25

http://query.nictusa.com/pres/2008/M2/C00431569/D_DEBTS...

And she owes BC/BS a hefty amount too.

Fancy hotels and sleazebags like Mark Penn are clearly more important to her than the well being of her employees.

You know, if I were a primitive, I'd be careful about stepping on Messalina Agrippina's toes.

Once she's the nominee, and God forbid wins the presidency, some of the primitives, along with a lot of regular Democrats and liberals, might think it wise to go into hiding somewhere.

One wonders--the cali primitve very carefully doesn't mention if the bill is overdue; the cali primitive just states the amount of the bill.  And it might not be due for 30 days or something yet.

1. Don't forget the $25,000 for the Bellagio in Vegas!

I swear to god I would never give that campaign a thin dime after seeing what they waste money on.

On the other hand, one doubts the Obamanation and his unwieldy entourage are spending their nights in Budget 8 motels.

2. I can't imagine why they'd do this

It's just stupid.

3. Living high on the hog on her donors' money

Probably a big part of why she hasn't dropped out. She's funneling money from her donors to buddies like Penn, and staying at the Bellagio, having catered dinners, etc. Meanwhile she doesn't pay her health insurance bills.

If I had given her any money, I would be PISSED.

4. Putting this on the greatest, for the people she cares so little about.

Healthcare for god's sake! That's nearly all she has left to stand on.

5. I thought we hated these health insurance companies?

Oh, god, now I am so confused.

But seriously, this report does not say whether these are delinquent or not. How many employees does she have? This could represent a quarterly payment. Anyone who is an employer and has the goodness to cover their employees knows how expensive these policies are.

The fact that she has insurance for them at all is a positive thing. She is not required to do so. Does Obama have health insurance for his employees?

So until we have more information on this, I would consider it a distortion.

franksolich is starting to like the Bayer aspirin primitive.

6. so much for being all about health care. There should be ads run about this.

That's the whole bonfire, and franksolich's curiosity remains unameliorated.

Are those past-due bills, or are those just.....bills?

The first news I saw of her campaign workers losing their health insurance was at least a month ago.  Just a guess, but those bills may be overdue by now.

Well, I went to the link provided by the cali primitive.

It's a February 20, 2008 report to the Federal Election Commission; a list of all bills owed by the campaign as of that date.

There's nothing about them being overdue or past bills, there's all about them being current bills.

Unless the cali primitive pays his own bills the minute he gets them, rather than waiting for the due-date, well, I scent purposeful and malicious distortion here.
