It's been the lead story on Drudge for about an hour now.
I don't know the specifics on the BART case, but Holder's refusal to look into the Black Panthers is pretty blatant. As the recent ex-DOJ  official stated, it's DOJ policy to ignore civil rights violations where Whitey is the viction, but not vice-versa. This admin has done more to drive a wedge between the races than any other I can recall.
