It seems mdmc has discovered a novel way to skirt the rules and criticize The One - He implies that if one wouldn't like President Palin pushing Obama's policies, one shouldn't like them when Obama pushes them either. Click Here for forbidden thought at DU.

Perhaps when we look at a policy we should ask ourselves, "Would I support this policy if it were President Palin that was advocating for it?"

Would you support the race to the top?
The Drug War, or continued efforts in Iraq/Afghanistan?
Would you praise Palin on her cleanup of the Gulf?
Would you support her hcr?

Perhaps this line of thinking will be helpful. Perhaps counting Obama's black eyes vs. feathers in caps is a better political compass?

Having said that, I think Palin would be an EXCELLENT President. First female president, and first "every person" president we've had for a while. She understands where the little people are coming from, and where the fat cats in Washington are coming from. I cannot tell you how much Palin being President would please me? Coulter as VP?  :bow:

I had to look up "orgiastic."  Thought s/he must've quit fixing typos.

If Palin would be blamed for any future disasters, is the O to blame for all current ones?

I voted more for her than for McCain last time. Now I hope she stays out of the running for public office and just gives the Dimwits hell from the sidelines.

I've heard to many people(conservatives) say they wouldn't/couldn't vote for her for president. Why? I don't know.
