Poll question: Evil bastards: Where do they come from?
 I keep hearing entire groups being collectively condemned, i.e. the military, cops and corporate CEOs.

Certainly there are plenty of bad actors but are they all bad? If so, what makes them bad?

Choice #4 is a mole trap for new posters, but none of them were dumb enough to step into it as of the time this went up.  A 1000+ poster with a rep for snark or quirky humor could get away with picking that one, but not some nobody trying to quietly build a post count.
