I think it'll be just the opposite...a resurgent GOP will give them something they can all safely hate together (And blame for Obama's continued failure, especially if the GOP wins either house), and they will spring back. Right now they are hamstrung by the prohibition on being hateful to Democrats, but the Democrats have both Congress and the Executive locked up, so they are stuck with the conundrum of hating Obama's failure, but not being able to even talk about it or find any remotely-credible way to blame it on the GOP.
Two things, DAT.
1) Obama will still continue to throw the country into the toilet, by executive order. Can't get something done because of the Republicans controlling one (or both, more likely) houses of Congress, and the pursestrings? Easy--he'll bypass them by issuing an Executive Order. Getting the
money to do it is totally another proposition, unless he keeps the printing presses going.
2) Obama, and the Dems, are blaming the Republicans
now. It's getting them nowhere, except that the public is realizing just what a monumental ****-up it was to have both the Legislative and Executive branches in the hands of the Dems.
