NATIONAL CITY — A 13-year-old mother was hospitalized early Wednesday after police say she was stabbed in the neck by her 14-year-old boyfriend who is also the father of her daughter. Police are still seeking the teen boy.

...

The girl was stabbed in the neck with a kitchen knife. Apparently the couple had been arguing over some jealousy issues, Seward said.

...

The girl is expected to recover. Her one-and-a-half year old daughter is with relatives.

The boy and girl, who lives with her parents, have been together for three years, the sergeant said. He will likely face criminal charges but will be treated as a juvenile due to his age, Seward added.

She was 10 and he was 11 when they got together? If the baby is 18mo old, she was pregnant for 9, that's roughly 2.5 yrs. She got pregnant when she was 11?  :o :(

I didn't even know what sex was when I was 11.  :thatsright:
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

Oh my! Where to start? This is just wrong on every level. These are babies having babies. And apparently wanna be killers. A big huge parenting failure. What a shame for these kids. They basically stood  no chance, and it looks like the cycle just might repeat itself.

I recently was introduced to a 15 year old girl with a 2 year old kid...her boyfriend had been living with her (and her parents) for a year before she got pregnant.  I don't know what those parents are thinking.  I don't want to know what they're thinking.  I'd just like to see them charged with child abuse for letting the boyfriend move in!!   :thatsright:

Shades of a good deed gone wrong.

This happens in  family's that that are educated and should have common sense.

I ran into this in Tenn. a coworkers mother allowed a 12 year run away boy to move in and after a year or so the daughter at 18 was pregnant. The mother was handicapped , lived in a trail or out in a field off a dirt road.

My coworker was grossly over weight and had never had a boyfriend, the fact her mother allowed her to work at all was surprising.  After a month or so of riding in to work with this pregnant woman she told me her mother wanted to meet me.

What an eye opener that was, the mother was a skilled Grifter, she had somehow gotten information on my husbands family and claimed they were related.  When I asked my MIL she said she had never heard of the woman.

What ever was going on in that home was nasty, and very disturbing.  The daughter quit work the next week and I never heard from her again.

Weird shit that happens in life.
