Is it Friday yet?
« on: June 11, 2010, 11:37:56 AM »
Sparky no function beer well without.

Got lots of people pissed off at me for being tired and grumpy.  Weather for this weekend will be only slightly better than yesterday, where I HAD TO TURN ON THE FRIGGIN FURNACE IN JUNE, fer Chrissakes.

Wanna go home and sleep until Monday.  Or at least 6 am Saturday when the dog wakes me up.

Hope the weekend turns out better than expected, sparky.  Unfrigging believably beautiful day here today.  I hate being inside but I'm outta here by 3 or so.  We're going to daytrip to Cape May tomorrow or Sunday depending on the weather.

Mid 80's and the sun's out right now, but it's supposed to get up around 90 with really high humidity...and the thunderstorm warnings are starting just west of here....

We're in a "weather pattern" ...so the guy said last night....that's supposed to continue for the next several days. We've been in the same pattern for a couple of weeks. Morning sun...afternoon/evening storms. Hot, steamy and very green around here...

Hot.  REALLY hoping my electrician friend can fix the rigged daisy chain set up, so my AC starts working.  Wed it was 97 degrees.  IN MY HOUSE.  :banghead:

Okay, 97 INSIDE would definitely suck.

Yesterday the high was 55 and raining (60 in the house, which is why I bumped on the heat for 1/2 hour or so), and today it's clearing a bit but only up to 65, and the weekend should be mid-70's, but with 40-60 percent chance of rain both days.

Oh, and if you're looking to screw with someone's mind who is passed out drunk on your couch...

meh.  I had a place to spend the nights that had AC.  But, the glue melted off the magnet that keeps my medicine cabinet closed.

I DID remember to put the chocolate, Omega3 and Candles in my fridge.   :-)

I sincerely hope with every iota of my being that the situation is resolved this evening.  But I doubt it will.  So I may be pleasantly surprised.  Maybe.

It's gorgeous outside. I'll either have to come in to work for a short whole (tomorrow) and then go cut a 1/2 cord of wood, or just go get the wood. I'll probably go fishing Sun.     :hi5:

Tomorrow I will be shopping for my daughter's birthday gift, then grocery shopping..then relaxing by the pool....Sunday is boating day. :cheerleader:

It's been cold all week here.  Upper 30s at night.  50s during the day.  My heat is still kicking on once in a while.  Unusually cool and rainy spring.  We were supposed to have horrible grasshopper problems this summer, but not going to happen now, so that's good.

A bunch of friends and I set up a camping trip for this weekend.  We planned it back when we thought June = summer.  I'm on taking all my winter gear.  I don't like being cold and wet.

F**kin' Friday.

I spent the last 2 hours of my workday listening to a bunch of geeks, dweebs, and nerds trying to one-up each other on their nerd skillz.  Yeah, I don't really give a shit how you pronounce the name of that particular Linux release.  Have you moved out of your parent's house yet?
