Ewwwww, but I hate egg whites so running whites are horrible to me.

I agree --- runny egg whites are just gross.

It is hilarious to me me that they cook an egg for 75 minutes, chill it in the fridge, then microwave it.  DUmmies, for sure.

Actually, the salmonella that are produced on a huge scale inside the egg would wipe out the E coli from the Mexican bathtub cheese--think "Mutually Assured Destruction."  So, it would be clean.

I loathe egg whites, too.  Remember the low-fat craze of years ago, when everyone was eating egg white omelets?  GAG.

Well, I rowed over to look at that thread, and my head exploded.  The endless discussion, the minute detail, aaaaagh I couldn't take it.

That Major Chode is the one who brines everything.  Everything out of his kitchen must taste like corned beef.  And he makes the looooooooooongest posts.

I've always been taught that uncooked egg white is like eatin' poison! If you're goin' to get food poisoning, that's about the fastest way to get it.
