Some teabagger out side a True Value in Ohio just called me a Communist.

This was in Brunswick, OH on rt. 42. It's a locally owned store.

He was right there outside the front door with a card table. He was collecting signatures to exclude Ohio from HCR. I told him that was insane. Well he called Obama a communist and he called me a communist. He said Bush was better. To support his position he cited HCR and the GM bail-out. He denied that he also thinks Obama is a fascist. I noted how out of touch with reality he was saying he thinks anyone to the left of Goebbels is a communist and that would include Nixon and Reagan. I pointed out the new conservative PM in Britain believes in gay marriage and national health care. He pestered me about what I did for a living. I finally said I was a prosecutor which shut him up. (Really, I regret telling him anything about me.) He is in sales, which as I noted is irrelevant to the argument. I told him he was an idiot and left.

When I got home I called the store and talked to the manager on duty. I told him that guy called me and the president communists. I told him that was like calling someone a child molester. (Seriously, Stalin killed 5 million of his own people.) I asked if that guy was there with the owner's permission. He said the guy had the owner's permission so I told him I would be shopping at Sears in the future.

Zero is a communist, and an idiot. But so are you for this lie. -500 on your Bouncy which didn't bounce.

But calling those that don't agree with you "Nazis" is perfectly acceptable? Do I have that right?

3. You should have just said "thank you"

25. I would have said
"I may be communist, but I'm not a teabagging nutball"

30. Congratulations
considering the source, this is the same as a more normal person calling you "sane" and "intelligent".

Someone told the OP to call the local newspaper.  He replied that he didn't want to call that much attention to himself.  Bouncy.

Technically, according to Mussolini, Obama is a fascist.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Well, it sounds like an accurate observation by the TEA-Partier.  Perhaps the 20 or 30 'Darwin,' 'DU,' "My other car is a broom,' etc. bumper stickers gave you away...

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin
