Chris Christie did it again
« on: May 26, 2010, 06:39:50 PM »
OK, I want Chris Christie to run in 2012, I love this guy, here's a short youtube, he was talking to people about wanting a question on the ballot to limit property tax increases capped at 2.5%, during the question answer period a Teacher got up to complain and he told her "you don't have to do it"  THEN we get someone yapping about the Library and cuts and Christie says "Unlike the United States of America, New Jersey can't print money".

The youtube is only 1:49, the Teacher comes up around the 40 second mark, and the Library question came up at 1:23.

Gov. Christie is my new favorite person.  New Jersey is the new dawn.  It's morning in America's armpit!

A little follow up on the teacher.

RealClearPolitics has a video circulating of an exchange between Governor Chris Christie and Rita Wilson, a school teacher in the Rutherford School District.

The teacher demands more salary, telling Christie, “if she were paid $3 an hour for the 30 children in her class, she’d be earning $83,000, and she makes nothing near that.”

Christie told her that teachers go into teaching knowing the salary. The teacher tries to claim she does it as a calling, but clearly thinks she should be doing it to earn a cushy living.

There’s just one problem. There is one Rita Wilson working for the Rutherford School District. Assuming the teacher confronting Governor Christie is the same lady, she has no freaking clue what she makes.

Public records from the school district show her making $86,000+.

So yes Governor, you should support this lady being paid $3.00 per child and save some money.

unfortunately Christie (who I campaigned for) has no interest in becoming President - he is supporting Mitt Romney. What Christie DOES WANT is to become attorney general.

Although his popularity may change his mind.

Thanks for posting that!

The Teachers Union is outrageous. About 10 years ago I worked for a Doctor, the Union was having a dispute with the town, they wanted the Teachers to pay something as far as their insurance goes, they wanted them to have a co-pay, at the time they had 0 copay for their Doctors and Specialists and I think they either had a 0 or $5 copay on prescriptions, the Teachers wouldn't give in so the town did.

You should see what property taxes are like, I live in a Republican County, my taxes are low ($8,000) compared to others, I know people who pay on average $10,000 to $12,000 or more, that's more then my mortgage payment, well anyway, we're considered a rich County, so they take some of our property taxes and send them to Democratic Counties so that the schools in those Counties will be somewhat on par with ours, it's ridiculous. They're taking money away from people who work hard and giving it to those who don't work at all and giving it to corrupt Dems in Counties like Essex and Camden.

Come down to South Jersey, BG -- be a Piney!  :-)   I have serious love for CC; we need to start creating some of those "Chuck Norris" sayings for him.

6. Looking for help setting up a group to lead the Chris Christie Recall
I am looking for help setting up a group to lead the Chris Christie Recall.

I have registered the domain names recallchrischristie.com and recallgovernorchrischristie.com.

Before a recall occurs the governor must be in office one year.
The recall can be filed with the state as early as Nov 30th, 2010.
59 days before the first year in office is completed.
This really needs to be lead by a law firm.
The law firm would be paid by contributions.
I suspect a young aggressive law firm could make a nice name for themselves with this recall.

Please if you have suggestions contact me. reach out to any and all lawyers who may want to help.
