Ask KY Insurance Comm. to investigate Anthem rate hikes
   
In May 2010, US Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius sent a letter to the Governors and Insurance Commissioners of the 50 states urging them to investigate premium increases by Wellpointe/ Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Kentucky's Insurance Commissioner, Sharon Clark, has so far ignored the request. Contact her and ask her to investigate. 800-595-6053
