(Rury is the winner of Contest #2, which was held from Tuesday through Thursday of last week. We were hoping to announce a winner last Friday, but alas our lawyer was not available to help. We hope to announce the winner of Contest #3 tomorrow.)

And the law for contests is different from state-to-state. We needed to make sure that we were in compliance.

Um, what? How many contests has Skinflint ran?  Enough that he shouldn't need his lawyer just to announce the winner, unless there were some shady things going on.

This thing is a total scam...both winners were low post count members.  Skinner is pulling a fast one on them.  How does he determine who the winner is?  Does he pull the winner out of a hat?
