On Fox they were saying that these guys illegally accessed the student loan records of Lord Zero.

Prosecutors say the employees viewed Obama's student loan records at various times between July 2007 and March 2009, before and after Obama was elected president.

None has entered a plea. Arraignments are scheduled for May 24 in U.S. District Court in Davenport.

It sounds like someone wanted to see biographical information on it, such as what country he claimed for citizenship.  At a guess.

Fox was saying that there was no evidence that they tried to use the information for political gain. Their lawyers didn't even know the exact charges yet.

Perhaps...of course, a document he signed claiming foreign citizenship would work just as well for that purpose as for his other opponents.  The fact that it had not yet been used for political advantage does not mean all that much.

Hi,

The irony of this story is amazing.  Were it George Bush and they found some dirt they would be hailed as heros.  Instead BO finds time to prosecute them but just cannot find the time to prosecute the Black Panthers who clearly were guilty of voter intimidation.

I hope they get prosecuted and they blurt out what the found in court for the world to see.  Why do I suspect they will threaten to tell the world what they know if the charges are not dropped?
