The family of Greg Baer, Bank of America executive, is located in a jurisdiction protected by the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), which responded promptly to a disturbance call from his neighborhood last weekend.

According to Corporal Dan Friz, an MCPD spokesperson in Rockville, Maryland, the department received a disturbance call from one of Baer’s neighbors at 4:10 pm last Sunday. Four MCPD units arrived at Baer’s Greenville Rd. address at 4:15 pm.  At least two Metropolitan Police Department units from the nearby District of Columbia were already at the scene when they arrived.

Why? Because police cars attached to the Washington MPD’s Civil Disturbance Unit had escorted the SEIU protesters’ buses to Baer’s home. Such cross-jurisdictional escort activity is not uncommon for both departments according to Friz and Metro Police Department spokesperson Officer Eric Frost.  Still, the District police did not inform their colleagues of what was about to happen in one of their Maryland neighborhoods.

Could you imagine having this in front of your house?  This is insane... they should all be arrested.

There were people on his front steps with a bullhorn in a video I saw.  This is just part of Lord Zero's plan to villainize the evil bankers.

As far as I'm concerned, the local police jurisdiction would have two choices; they could arrest every DUmb**** astro-turf protester that trespassed upon my provate property, or they could send a meat wagon to pick up the bodies, because I can guaran-****in-tee you that I can find a lawyer that could sell a jury - with a roaring hangover and one legal brief tied behind his back - on the fact that a mob that large on my property put me "in fear for my life and the lives of my family".

The cops "escorted" them to the house are SEIU members. They are out of their jurisdiction and would not be able to do anything if the idiots burned the house down with kids in it.

Not that they'd want to.

It is a small step from tramping on people's property to breaking in and beating up or killing who is inside (and considering the way the left assigns everyone to groups, they would take their anger out on the relatives of the people they hate).

I agree..they would have been given 60 secs to get off my property and into the street. Then I would have sat in a lawn chair with my gun and a garden hose to spray off some of those hot heads.
