This proves Elena Kagan is an open and avowed socialist. The woman declares that socialists must stick together instead of fracture in order to advance a socialist agenda, which Kagan advocates.

Keep in mind that Kagan wrote her thesis at the height of the cold war praising a group that collaborated with our enemies

1.I’m getting blowback on this statement. When you couple Kagan’s thesis with her op-eds in the 80’s and her later work, I think it is a complete and fair statement. Look at the forest, not the trees

While at the same time, the MSM claims there's "no paper trail to follow", thereby absolving them of doing their jobs yet again.  Yet here we have prima facie evidence that there IS in fact a "paper trail."  And to make it worse, it shows that she would likely be one of the most leftist candidates ever to be considered for SCOTUS.  Given her age, it's entirely possible she would be sitting on the bench for 25-30 years, if not longer.

All you so-called hard-core conservatives, tell me again that it doesn't matter.  Another prime example of elections having consequences.

It doesn't include any foot notes or bibliography though, that would have been nice to include.

I was disappointed in that it doesn't include the notes, footnotes, source credits, bibliography or whatever at the end. I bet she lifted most of that material from books like "World of Our Fathers" by Irving Howe.

I just checked the one I have, no footnotes was one available that had footnotes?

I don't know. I have to assume it had footnotes when she wrote it, so whoever scanned the PDF did a bad job leaving that out.

Yep. Blogs like Redstate, Moonbattery and Breitbart are the best sources for things that the MSM doesn't report on. They break stories before Fox News carries them.
