THE MOUNTAIN MAN PRIMITIVE
Original message
Things are being said at this minute on TV that have never been said before
Barry Lynn is live on BookTV (Cspan) and is giving a narrative and explanation for the state of this country that is incredible. It is stunning in its clairity as well as how frightening it is. Its live right now, but it will be replayed during the weekend - do not miss it.
On Edit - his argument is against the concentration of private and public power, corporatism and authoritarianism, and us as mere servants to a system gone awry.

2. Damn you! MY EYES! AAUUGHH!
I switched on CSPAN, and here in CT they are airing the Tea Bagger rally. I was treated to Michelle Bachmann (R - Batshit) explaining how the three most beautiful letters in our language are "U S A." Followed by graham crackers and milk, then everyone took a twenty minute nap on the towel they'd brought from home.

6. My mother listened to the Met every Saturday. She loved it.
I remember hearing "Girl of the Golden West" while bedridden with pneumonia...

7. I don't usually listen to the Met, not much of an opera fan, but it followed Mendelsohn Violin Concerto!
